Q- What is unstitched product ?

A- If the product type specified in the description is "unstitched" and it's a patiala suit or any other suit then it will be a dress material. You will have to get the product stitched according to your size locally.

 

Q- What is a semi-stitched product ?

A- If the product type specified in the description is "semi-stitched" then you will have to get minimal stitching done as most of the work will be pre-stitched. You will just have to get the basic altering and stitching done according to your size locally.

 

Q- What is Leon / Crepe material ?

A- Leon / Crepe is a high quality mixed synthetic fabric. The fabric is soft and doesn't loose color and luster easily on wash.

 

Q- What is the return policy ?

A- You can return the product anytime within 24 days after the product is delivered to you.

 

Q- How do I return the product ?

A- To return the product you can email us at contact@aasvaa.com with your order number, product that you want to return and the reason for return or call us at+91-9624660066, MON - SAT (9:30 AM - 7:30 PM) to raise a return request. We will check your request and Give proper Solutions and we will request you to send the product yourself .

 

Q- When will I get my refund / store-credit / exchange product?

A- Once you Shipped the product to Courier Partner it takes 5-7 days for the product to reach our warehouse. After arrival it takes our team 24-48 hours to process your cash refund / store-credit / exchange product.

 

Q- Can I buy Saree with unstitched blouse?

A- Yes, you can go for unstitched blouse by not selecting any options under Made To Measure Blouse. You can however select other Custom Tailoring Options if you wish to.

 

Q- Do the shipping charges vary from country to country?

A- Yes, for some products, they vary from country to country, You will get the exact shipping price when you will check out  from cart.

 

Q- Is the shipping charge calculated on weight of the package?

A- The shipping charges are calculated on the number of products in your order. You can view the shipping cost in your cart when you purchased the products.

 

Q- Can I track the package once you ship it from India?

A- Yes, you would receive an email with the Airway Bill number of the courier once it is shipped also you can check the status of your product by login into your account. You would be able to track it with the respective courier.

 

Q- What are your shipping charges for deliveries inside India?

A- Delivery inside India is free of cost in most cases, however if there is a change it can be verified at the shipping policy link below.

 

Q- Can I return a salwar kameez or a lehenga thats stitched to my measurements?

A- Sorry, custom stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Q- I bought a saree with blouse stitched, Can I return it or exchange it?

A- Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including for sarees where the blouse is stitched, readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there are any faults from our end.

 

Q- Are there any charges for refunds, if I return an item?

A- There is a admin credit card commission cost of 10percentage of the final order value 5percentage while accepting and 5percentage while refunding or 10 USD depending on the order size. We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

 

Q- How do I know that you have received my payments?

A- You would receive an email confirmation that we have received your payments along with order number.

 

Q- I do not have a paypal account, Can I still transfer money to your account?

A- Yes, you can choose our other payment options other than paypal.

 

Q- What is billing address?

A- The address where you receive your card statements is called billing address.

 

Q- What is shipping address?

A- The address where you would like to deliver the goods is called the shipping address.

 

Q- What is the Wishlist..?

A- Wishlist holds the list of items that a customer has chosen and wishes to buy at a later stage. Customer’s can then access their wishlist and review their chosen items. For using this service customers are required to create a login at aasvaa.com. Henceforth, they can login to their account and can add items to their wishlist by clicking the Wishlist button as they browse through the site. The items in the wishlist can be reviewed at a later session by logging on to their account using the (Wishlist) and customers can then proceed to buy them. (Note : Selecting an item to the wishlist does not gaurantee the availability of the item for purchase at any point of time)

 

Q- How i Change my Personal Profile?

A- Customers who wish to register with us are required to provide their profile while registering with us. This profile can be modified at a later stage by logging into their account using the link( My Account ) and clicking on the ( Account Information ) link.

 

Q- How i Get Shipping Informaion After Placed my Order?

A- Once customers place an order with us, they can track their orders by logging into their account and can view the current status of their Order & Also We Mail Order Tracking Information. After their orders are dispatched, they are provided with the tracking numbers using which they can track their shipment in the shipment agency’s website.
